Kim earned her BSN from Molloy College. Since then she has spent the majority of her time working with cardiac patients. It was while working in cardiac care that Kim first identified that there was a need for a modality or a process that would allow patients to become partners in their own care and wellbeing. Yet, it wasn't until a few years ago when facing medical issues of her own and that of her family that Kim recognized firsthand, Biofeedback is exactly that modality.

Kim's knowledge has expanded tremendously working as a clinician under the supervision of Susan Antelis this past year. Kim's professional mission is to help clients who suffer from any number of debilitating conditions find the power within themselves to establish physiologic change and healing, utilizing various biofeedback techniques.

Kristi has been published on Psychcentral and in Clinical Medicine Insights: Women's Health Journal. She has assisted Susan with research in bio/neurofeedback, and has been a part of the Lynbrook Practice for over 5 years. She is passionate about the field of health and wellness and providing holistic care for her clients.

Kristi's approach is collaborative with her clients. She truly enjoys working with children, adolescents and adults. Together, she and her clients turn their problems into goals and focus on their strengths to grow. Such challenges may be anxiety, depression, transitional adjustments, focus/motivation, relationships, obsessive thinking, and stress management.

Behavioral and mindfulness training combined with traditional cognitive therapy helps clients unravel and process through any past conflicts or heaviness that can prevent them from moving forward freely. The bio/neurofeedback and mindfulness training then allows the client to feel more confident with their present behaviors and choices.

Kristi also utilizes the techniques of play and art therapy in her work with children. She feels inspired by each and every one of her clients and is honored to be a part of their growth and journeys.
